Because I got such a positive response to my May 2023 State of Freelancing Survey I wanted to do an update as we head into final quarter of the last year. It’s easy to think that freelancing is doomed from the media and a few anecdotal reports, but I’ve always felt the opposite and my Spring survey backed me up. I wanted to see how things have changed for the good or bad in the last 5 months. Spoiler – the early results back up my prediction that freelancing is not doomed.

But I want to make sure I get as many voices and perspectives into the survey as possible. If you haven’t filled out the survey, please fill it out today – I will be closing it very soon.
